Coach Roderic is a specialist in elite physical training.
With over 25 years of experience and a background in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor, where he specialised as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor, Roderic brings a military level of discipline and precision to every session. Having studied at undergraduate level in Osteopathy and postgraduate studies in Strength & Conditioning, he blends clinical insight with athletic performance.
